 We can dream, can't we; it's still a semi-free country, isn't it? Take your shoes off. Lie

back. Close your eyes and fantasize...Hold it! Put that fantasy on hold and get with the

      We make proposal original, just for fun and for real in fantasy land, the following:

The citizenry decree a one year moratorium on congressional ability to pass gas (bills;

other than budgetary bills) and a moratorium as well on ecec branch from creating regs.

      What would come to pass of fed gov were prohibited thus? Chaos? What if problem

arose or worse a crisis? Would our nation fall into the abyss? No! Matters would be

handled by state and/or local govs. There would be no need for new fed measures. Just

 like our Founding Daddies would have liked.

      Wake up! We said fantasize not sleep. What? You were dreaming about it; that's

acceptable.

       Better yet: Let's imagine that there is a moratorium on state and local govs too. Would

 complete chaos reign supreme with people running naked in the streets and

the pastures!?!

       No! Matters would be handled with dispatch by CITIZENS and/or charities and/or

businesses (unions need not apply) using existing legislation or not (creating solutions

predicated largely on common sense). What a wonderful world it would be: it would be

the world that George, John, Tom, Jim and company had intended for us.

      Instead when a problem arises - big or medium or small, or tiny - distant pols and

bureaucrats get into full throttle mode with adrenalin on overdrive for they don't trust the

people!

      Damn it! Stop fantasizing that you live in a free country. We suffer nearly as many laws

and regs as Russia. Every aspect of living is fodder for new and costly legislation - even

light bulbs and toilets!

      You can't use ignorance as an excuse: Your Honor, I didn't know that it was against the

law. It might have made sense in another time and place.

      Look up! Now, pols have drones watching our every move. The self-same drones used

by our gov to monitor terrorists in other countries. There are an untold number of laws and

regs that regulate you and your throne (sit on it and pretend that you are in charge).

                                  HEADLINE: LAWYERS - The UN-LOVED                    

We desperately need Tort Reform. We propose abolishing Class Action Lawsuits whose

sole purpose is to make (big contributors to Dem Party and Dem candidates) trial

lawyers (like John Edwards, he specialized in it) rich or richer. A lawyer might not take

your case of wrongdoing (not enough $$$s in it) unless he can find many others with

the same complaint against the company or doctor or store owner or property owner

or etc. (Many docs are abandoning their professions because of the high cost of

malpractice insurance; it results in higher prices for products and services sold by

businesses). Most of the settlement goes into lawyer's pocket. If you have a complaint,

attorney should act on it pronto and not spend time collecting others with a similar

charge. Speedy justice.

      As many of these lawsuits are frivolous or devoid of merit, we endorse the Loser Pay

 Proposal which exists throughout most of Western Europe. People should think twice

about going to court: Do I truly have a legitimate claim. Lawyers to potential clients:
SUE, SUE, SUE!!! You'll think twice knowing that if you loose, you will be compelled to

pay the defendant's legal costs. The U.S. Constitutions guarantees your right to a

speedy trial. In reality, you have to wait weeks or months because the docket is full

of highly questionable lawsuits.

                              HEADLINE: A WICKED WITCH of the LEFT is DEAD

Hef helped launch the Sexual Revolution which became powerful by the mid-'60s which is

when most historians mark its inception. Helen Gurley Brown has died (goodbye to bad rubbish;

throw a party to celebrate the demise of living trash). She penned "Sex and the Single Girl" and

edited Cosmo Mag for 32 years - WOW, what accomplishments! She is partly credited with

generating the liberal Sexual Revolution and Modern Women's Movements (again, 'beginning' in

the mid-'60s). Ladies (we use the term loosely) raise your skirts (half-thigh {or higher} in tribute to

one of your founders.

       This led to little tramps becoming eligible for social services in the '70s; unwed mothers

receiving welfare, Aid to Dependent Children, etc. Rewarding and encouraging bad behavior! END

it NOW! Let's return to the days when they left the baby with a note at a church or firehouse in the

middle of the night. Taxpayers can no longer avoid to foot the bill (national debt) for their reckless

behavior.

       You might say that it is cruel to separate a child from its mother. What is cruel is to allow a

child to grow up in welfare/crack environment. You shouldn't keep it if you can't afford it. Studies

over the past 15 years to the dismay of feminists (back in the '80s, they said that women could

do it all: be career women and mothers - husbands optional!) have shown that a child is best off in

a mom-dad household functional followed by mom-dad dysfunctional followed by single parent

functional and bringing up their rears - single parents dysfunctional. (these studies strongly implied

that children shouldn't be raised by homos). The more educated and financially well off a women is

the more likely she is to give the bastard or bitch up for adoption.

       We are obligated to do what is in the best interest of the child. Americans are the most giving

people in the world. We give more per capita to charities than do people in any other country; we

donate the most money and time. End social services to the unweds to help restore morality to our

nation, for the sake of the children, to reduce the national debt and remove these children from

gov controlled social service world. They will be better off with charities working with foster and

adoptive parents sans gov bureaucrats; people taking care of people with less government -

similar arguments apply to converting (here's where we go further than other supporters of school

 vouchers) public schools that are failing, which is most (only three years to make the grade -

period! Failing schools slated for closure have been given a reprieve by BO! - kowtowing to unions

not caring about the kids), into public magnet, charter and private schools --- and encouraging

 home schooling. In a capitalist republic, free citizens should enjoy as many choices as possible.

Of course, there are bad choices, such as, raising a baby without a father and with social services

and active gov involvement. Parents should be able to choose the school that best suits their

child's needs (the super-rich, rich, upper middle class and some mid-middle class do while the

rest are condemned to public schools). Libs contend that more money is the solution. We have

quadrupled funding for public schools since the '60s and they have only gotten worse. Prior to the

 '60s public schools were nearly as good as Catholic schools when it came to education and

discipline while comparatively little was spent on them. What happened? The first and biggest

teacher's union was created in the early '60s and God was kicked out of these schools in the

mid-60s and fed gov became much more meddling with the creation of fed gov's Department of

Education in the late '70s. The average private school child outscores the average charter and

home schooled kids (tied) on on national and state-wide exams while public magnetics come in 

third and public regulars bring up the rear (meaning that parents are better teachers). School

vouchers would actually mean more money for failing public schools (not that it will make a

difference) but overall savings (remember the national debt) and far better educated children.

Why do libs oppose? Aren't they the ones who care about the poor and middle class (a myth!

promulgated by the media --- and schools!). They care about the teacher's unions not the kids.

It all boils down to whether you trust citizens, communities, charities, non-profits, businesses and

 local govs (in that order) or fed gov, state govs and unions (in any order!).

As is our wont, we begin with cosmos followed by cosmos (which means world) and Offending

a product or service or risk a fine, such as a driver's license. If demand unreasonable moderate and

a fed command backed by a threat and fine - a TAX! We should call it: Creative/Highly Imaginative Law. 

Thereby, establishing another dangerous precedent. Oh, where have our freedoms gone, they've gone

away! (What about the high cost of healthcare? There are capitalistic solutions, unlike dictator BO's

 socialist ideas, that will unable more to be insured and lower premiums for all: allow health insurers to

compete in more than one state {competition brings prices down}; tort reform; allow small and medium-

sized businesses to form associations, as well as, orgs, such as, small business, realtors, Lutheran

associations - purchasing in bulk). Believe you me, George, John, Tom and Jim are mighty upset!" CJ:

What happened!?!: More and more Americans have become ashamed of Western Civilization and

American History/Culture. Countries of Western Europe teach about their colonial periods with pride -

mostly positive. Many would debate that it was. While our past, looked at objectively was positive. Does

this constitute drunken patriotism or fact: the first republic since Athens to the moon landing; the most

powerful military in the world to the best science/ technology, including, medical to the richest/biggest

economy. Everybody wants to come here, legally or otherwise, you don't see people wanting to break into

Japan, India, Germany, Mexico, etc. We do it all from serious to entertainment - bigger and better.

Stand up and be proud.Anti-WC/anti-American spirit began in the '60s in our schools and media along

with the move toward multi-culturalism (away from melting pot and E pluribus unum: out of many one.

       They - the anti-American Americans aka libs - bring up slavery when blacks brought it on

 this topic a few articles back and even included it in a title when we had an A.D.D. attack. It's a lib lie

taught to your children & promulgated by the media. Genocide is the intentional killing of a large portion of a

group; it involves intent and motive. Our colonial governments and, later, our state govs did not have a

policy of genocide, implicit or explicit. If we can employ the currency of truth: 85% of them there people

were killed unintentionally by old world diseases brought  here by explorers and traders and, later,

settlers. Usually, the Redman had little contact with the white man before being fell by disease. In most

cases, the 'bug' would proceed the newcomers. You libs are hollowing: but you conquered them. The

scalp takers were bound to be conquered, sooner or later, for they had resources which in many cases

they weren't exploiting. Too bad if they couldn't defend that which was theirs! One group conquering

another group is something that had gone on for hundreds of thousands of years. The only

difference: our compassion. You heard us right. Traditionally, the winners would rape the women

and enslave the men. We put them on lousy reservations. Or, they could try to make it in

society, in which case, we tried to 'civilize' them. What became of them? Those with pride

persevered and realized the American Dream: farms; ranches; resorts; casinos; the sale of cheap

cigs. They others live in squalor. Their reservations and the individuals living there receive gov

assistance; dependency and inability to lift themselves up. They fight for more handouts contending

that we owe it to them. It's reminiscent of those blacks who want reparations for the slavery of

their ancestors. We're not responsible if our great or great great or great great great great

grandfather owned slaves. And, besides, in our case, our ancestors didn't come here until the 1880s,

long after slavery was abolished. It was the Cracker Northerners who abolished it!

       The Robber Barons or corporate execs/owners-stockholders (1850 or 1865-1930) exploited the

workers to make it rich is also being taught in elementary and high schools, as well as, colleges by

those lousy little lying libs (you knew that we couldn't resist our favorite alliteration!).

       Then like now gov/private-commercial partnerships are bad as are gov subsidies of any kind.

But, most of the so-called Robber Barons don't fall in that category. They were innovators who

risked their own money and created jobs. They made the Industrial Revolution US Brand. They

shouldn't be condemned but applauded. The average wage increased 3-fold between 1870-1900. -

long before unions had much power. The middle class went from a few per cent in 1800 to the

largest group by 1900. By 1900, most of the working poor could afford a bike; by 1920, most of

 them could afford a Model T. Exploited workers my bad foot! After 1865 with the workweek reduced

 from 6 1/2 to 5 1/2 days, most people were participating in or paying to see others participate in

sports. There were special lower fares on tournament days. Bike riding was very popular at the turn

 of the century prior to the last. Average people were dressing much better because they could now

afford store bought clothes. It was about mass recreation and leisure time. Realizing the value of

public relations and their workforce, beginning around 1990, they became much more concerned with

 product safety and safety in the work environment doing most of what needed to be done defore fed

gov created Board of Product Safety and Board of Workplace Safety in the '70s (after years of

 pressure from unions; prior to the '70s, 'Look for the Union label 'was code for made by white trash

for unions kept blacks out of certain jobs and limited their number in others - children are taught about

the glorious unions -not the truth- in first grade!). Because of the Barons, cars, planes, skyscrapers,

 washing machines and more can be mass-produced meaning lower prices for all. Not to mention their

philanthropy.  Robber Barons, my big whitey ass!

easily be modified for astronomy.

       The $4 Billion Question: In 4 billion years will our Galaxy and the Andromeda Galaxy (both spiral galaxies)

hit head-on or will it be a glancing blow: NASA: head-on! The Solar System will likely be flung further out than

its present location. Over a 2 billion year period, the two galaxies will merge (and become an elliptical galaxy).

As you may or may not know, Citizen 'Your Shoot-from-the-Hip/Non-PC Cripple' Journalist opposed the

American Disabilities Act of 1990 for not allowing free-market forces to operate; he also predicted that it would

be abused by lousy broke ones who pray to lousy Giles (more at rickaddsite, floor 8). Their unreasonable

demands create chaos in the world of the able-bodied.

       There are literally thousands of costly lawsuits by those crippled in one way or another. Time only

suffices for us to raise a few which shall suffice to illustrate our point. Shy Bladder Syndrome (yes, this is a real

condition; stop laughing!): Unable  to PP in front of others or in public restrooms. He held his pee until he

found gov commission that is considering his case. Don't be surprised if gov rules that ADA covers this! It would cost

 taxpayers (gov buildings) and businesses hundreds of millions to accommodate the few with this type of shyness!!!

 A women in a wheelchair is suing a store for kicking her and her miniature horse out. She claims that she needs

 horse - they can't be potty trained - to get around. If she wins, people will be suing for slipping and sliding on horse

 shit. Lawyers and accommodations cost businesses money which they add to the prices of the items that they sell.

 It means higher prices for all, including, physically-challenged (there, we were PC!).

       A few years back, we read in MDA Magazine about a movie theater chain which was ordered to comply with

ADA. They spent BIG $$$s consulting with disabled orgs and safety orgs and finally got their stamp-of-approval.

There would be a section between screen and regular chairs for the nuisances. They complained that it was

causing a strain on their necks to see the movie. It costs them BIG $$$s to make the accommodations and

they might be compelled to go out-of-business for they couldn't afford to implement new architectural changes.

MDA was critical of chain for making bad accommodations! They consulted with damn crippled orgs! We're not

certain how it was resolved. Another theater chain had a 'broken' section but women demanded that she

be allowed to sit in the big comfy chair that she brought from home! Most of these cases are unjustified.

Reasonable accommodation and it shouldn't mean that that should have access to every restaurant on the block

(see rickaddsite).

worth during the past ten years was $3 million or more should receive - 55%, 70% and 85%; $1 to 3 million - 65%. 80%,

95%. We endorse: Saving Medicare by raising eligibility from 65 to 67 with means-testing; let private health insurance

companies compete for you - partially privatizing it; prices will come down, $20 billion annual waste and fraud in present

completely gov-managed program will be virtually eliminated because of profit-motive. Just like $$$s should be attached

 to child not to school, M$$$s should be attached to person not gov M-programs; private sector would offer more options.

       We keep hearing that saying that 49% of Americans don't pay Federal Income Tax is invalid because they pay other

taxes. We say that that is invalid argument. All Americans should pay something even if token amount. Why is it fallacious

       Worth rehashing: Cut Capital Gains Tax from 15% to 5% for three years and, them, raise to 10% to stimulate investment,

Recently, we wrote about the "Progressive Movement," including, the sterilization of the poor,

blacks, etc. (Check it out; You'll be shocked!). PM, Wilson and FDR (the period of 1890-1940 which

included FDR's failed Keynesian economics; the self-same economics that failed BO!) did

some good during those years but the bulk of it was bad. Worst of all, it paved the way for the

mid-60s when the big-scale destruction of WC/AB commenced. We had the birth of the: modern

women's movement; the drug culture (libs and in-the-closet social libs-the libertarians want to

legalize - aren't enough bad things already legal -- aren't there enough bad choices for people

to make? --- minors under 21 are using while it's illegal, don't you think that minors will secure

 more ease of access and more will partake if it were legalized for those over 21? {personal note*};

the sexual revolution (though aspects pleasurable - not good for society in general and kids in

particular -- and believe you me, children as young as ten have access to it {blame feminists!**};

LBJ's great society programs (in our opinion, unconstitutional fed gov programs). You might argue

that a little good came from those but was it worth the bulk that was bad!?!  (Did we witness and

experience a type of run-on sentence or a run-off-at-the-mouth sentence?; You might argue that

certain letters should have been capitalized, we opted otherwise to demonstrate our disdain!).

       It is 7 P.M. where should we go from here?...Inspiration needed...Let's hold hands (boy-girl-

boy-girl - none of that unnatural boy-boy on my watch) in a circle and prayer to Calliope...It's

7:30, we're back and ready to put pen to paper, if you will...

      There was the Immigration Act of '65 (which we have addressed in detail; search for it!) wherein 

once again, we experienced 'lousy little lying libs' (our favorite alliteration). The fast majority of

Americans opposed it - not because of bigotry but a desire to retain WC/AB. Libs assured us that our

fears were unfounded and the 'Act' would have little effect. Reality: it would dramatically increase

the presence of those from Latin America and, to a much lesser degree, Asia and the Middle East.

Whites of European decent/proud WC/AB embracers would decline in pop from about 80% to 57%

(today). Projection: BY 2040, whites won't be the majority - there won't be a majority - whites will be

the largest minority. The combined total of the other minority groups will outnumber whites. Does

it constitute bigotry to want to prevent this from coming to pass? No! White Europeans and their

descendents made our nation great and to a lesser degree - the Melting Pot of others -- who proudly

acclimated and contributed and benefited from learning WC/AB not multi-culturalism --- one UNITED
States!!! WC/AB: Ancient Greece and Rome; Dark Ages; Christianity; Age of Discovery; Renaissance;

Enlightenment; Industrial Revolution - history/science and technology/theology and philosophy/

paintings, sculpture, architecture/literature, poetry, music/customs and traditions. So much to learn,

so little time. Leave multi-c for home and college. Sadly, just like American revisionist History had its

genesis in the mid-60s, so did the process of degraded WC commence - sacrificed at the lib alter of

PC!!! No one is suggesting that WC/AB shouldn't be displayed warts and all but over 60% negative in

textbooks!!! It should be 75% of positive stuff for all to enjoy, celebrate and embrace - white and non-white;

European and non-European. All can built on the historic/cultural heritage and legacy that made

America great with multi-c present and contributing in the background. Instead, we have things like:

Muslims destroying small towns (See: this site, page 2 - "Rod Presents Twilight Zone's Mission to Mars/

Mission to Muslim"). Pride to share. Instead, since the mid-60s, the presentation of WC/AB has gotten

progressively worse in our public schools.

We have to go next door in order to work on an article for our web site Citizenj. We shall return...

Where back...Our first gay president...Traditional marriage - one man to one women dates back to our

roots: Ancient Greece. Libs in general and BO in particular want to put the final nails in the coffin of WC/AB.

 We have presented you with three sound arguments (Science/Theology/Traditional {pre-PC} Psychology

as to why Homo is abnormal/immoral/unnatural and that society and gov should not be in the business of

sanctioning and condoning aberrant behavior - most others give only one argument while a few supply two (see

 'rickadd' & 'Citizenj' via FB Second American Revolution and Twitter- @rickaddsite). No one cares what they

do in private - out-of-sight of innocent young children.***

Long before the recent controversy, we have been saying for years: Being a successful mother and housewife

are two of the most demanding and potentially rewarding professions that exist. Leave it to libs to degrade

stay-at-home moms - a hallmark of WC. Further, coarse language in casual speech and in mixed company has

gotten progressively worse since the sixties. Small consolation: Western (and Southern Europe) - the heart of WC -

has descended further than we.

In 2010, gay Kevin was introduced at a gay pride parade in an edition of Archie and spun off into its own comic (no

doubt to indoctrinate the young). Last year, DC (Declining Civilization?) Comics announced that Superman would

no longer be for "...the American Way" but go international; soon a DC superhero will come-out-of-the-closet or

beauty parlor or ballerina school -- or, perhaps, phone booth!

WC also stands for water closet which is where Western Civilization will go - down the WC if libs have their

druthers. Damage by libs: words - revisionist history; deeds - media, schools. Due largely to the blue states of New

 York and California (Hollywood).There is hope: Youth for Western Civilization (their symbol is shone at article's

top) exists on about seven college campuses and is dedicated to Western Values and Traditions. It opposes:

radical multiculturalism; socialism; mass immigration; the poisonous and bigoted leftist campus climate. Their

motto: Defending the West on Campus. Find out how you can aid them in their noble endeavor.

*My sister, Donna Journalist, has a 21 years old son who has been "Straight Edge" for many years; it's a

I started smoking and drinking at 16, heavily at 21 and quit cold turkey 5 years ago.

tennis skirts claiming that these women were 'objectifying' themselves. Women Lib was always a Study in

Contradiction! What did they get: sluts and even more p & p! They were too stupid to realize that they were

promoting it. Another example of their contradictory philosophy: A women has a right to be whatever she wants

to be - so long as it meets witch our (N.O.W.'s - National Organization of Women) approval -- they frowned on

stay-at-home moms! Lacking pride, they wanted women to be in traditionally male professions even if

standards had to be lowered which in effect meant women would be playing  at it!

***We applaud Facebook for banning a repulsive photo of men kissing judging it to be obscene. We suggested

that they limit photos of scantily-clad women until after mid-night eastern time for the sake of innocent American

Definition of life: growth through metabolism; homeostasis; reproduction; adaptation via natural selection &

      We have established here and, especially, at 'rickaddsite' and 'Citizenj (see above on how to connect) that

homos are freaks....let's be PC...bad mutations for they wouldn't be inclined to support the survival of the species

if faced with extinction. Studies have shown the a much smaller percentage of homos want to marry and a much

smaller percentage desire to be parents than do heteros. (It has also beem shown that it would be bad for a child

 to be raised by parents of the same gender - see Citizenj). Marriage of one human male to one human female are

parenting are hallmarks of WC. Evolution has made sex, including, orgasms pleasurable for primates, whales,

dolphins, seals with a strong sex drive toward members of the opposite sex.

      Definition life: reproduction; positive mutations...Homos?

      What of the child-less for reasons other than homo? Mild deviant not to the same extreme as homo; would be

strongly inclined, if capable, to save species; normal attraction; more likely to want to adopt, if qualified.
