We contend that there is an excellent chance of 1 and 2, a good
chance of 1, 2 and 3 and a fair chance of 1, 2, 3 and 4 within 15
years; it is virtually guaranteed that the first 5 will come to pass
within 23 years; a 50-50 chance of 6 within 40 (A few years ago,
we would have completely ruled out No. 6!).
