       Between 3 and 4 billion years from now, the Milky Way Galaxy and the Andromeda

Galaxy will collide, separate and merge. The two spiral galaxies will become one elliptical

       NEEMO stands for Extreme Environment Missions Operations which includes Aquarius

underwater laboratory has been used by marine biologists and oceanographers since 1993.

Located in The Florida keys, it was used by NASA astronauts for the first time for the

purpose of testing equipment (battery-powered jet packs, booms with magnets, robotic arms,

etc.) for the planned manned asteroid mission.

Let's do Ourselves a Second American Revolution!!!...Fed gov has managed to usurp

state powers by subtly threatening withholding of some fed aid for failing to comply with

Uncle Sam's wishes and by violating the United States Constitution!

      The U.S. Constitution is explicit as to the role of fed gov: defense; foreign policy; coining

of money; regulating trade between the states and between a state and a foreign nation;

Indian affairs; mail. Those things best handled by our Uncle which can't be handled or

handled well by individual states and which benefit all or nearly all the citizens residing in the

states. The U.S. Constitution is also implicit: "...the general welfare of the people." General

meaning all or virtually all. Medicaid, for example, shouldn't be a responsibility of fed gov for

it doesn't concern even most people. We think that our Founding Fathers would find fed gov's

involvement in NASA and CIA as acceptable. They might even approve of fed funds flowing to

the states without strings and implied threats.

      We went from 4 departments and a handful of federal agencies, bureaus and boards at

our nation's inception to 15 departments and over a thousand agencies today. And, it isn't

because the nation got bigger and more complex. It's because distant Washington politicians

 and bureaucrats came to believe that they knew best: Uncle Sam became maternal and

paternal. The problem began around 1900 with progressivism which became liberalism circa

1950. The Federal Income Tax which took effect in 1914 (something that our Founders didn't

want fed gov to have) facilitated their efforts to seize state powers, business independence

and citizen's rights. Prior to 1914, fed gov was limited to funding itself with: tariffs on imported

goods; taxes on beer, wine and liquor producers and a licensing fee for retailers of alcoholic

beverages; fines paid for fed crimes. (FIT made Prohibition possible). As the decades passed

the progressive (punishing people for working hard by pushing them up to a higher tax bracket -

how un-capitalistic!) FIT would become bigger which made Uncle Sam hungry for more things

to do in an effort to satisfy its insatiable appetite.

We believe that our Founding Fathers were divided on the issue of "Nullification." However, we

are confident that were they to arrive today via a time machine that after ascertaining the present

state of affairs that over 90% would favor such a legal instrument to rectify the top heavy state of

affairs. Before we proposal the nature of such a law...it would likely have to be in the form of a

constitutional amendment...we will propose a test case.

      The Commerce Clause gives fed gov the authority to regulate trade amongst the states. Some

goods are carried by water. Not long after taking office, Obama signed an Executive Order seizing

control of all water in and around the nation, including, the puddle in front of your house. Thus far,

according to our count, Mr. Obama has violated U.S. Constitution, 17 times!!! This represents one

of those cases. Fed gov has regulated rivers and lakes located in more than one state: inter-state.

Now, Obama is regulating intra-state rivers and lakes by invoking Commerce Clause in an

unconstitutional manner.

      We hope that a governor will violate this edict and have the state's attorney-general take the

state (wouldn't this be interesting!?!) to court. It would work its way up the state courts to the

federal courts, and, ultimately, no doubt in our minds, to the U.S. Supreme Court. Let's short-

circuit the process; let's establish a precedent assuming the Supremes rule in our favor. It

isn't likely that two-thirds of both houses of congress would approve of a "Nullification Amendment"

weakening itself by giving states veto power over fed laws and regs, especially, retroactively. All

27 amendments were approved by congress followed by the requisite approval by three-quarters of

the states. There is another method that has never been employed: two-thirds of state legislators

 proposing an amendment which must be ratified by three-quarters of the states or state legislators

 appointing delegates to a Constitutional Convention wherein an amendment could be sent to the

state legislatures upon approval of two-third of the delegates.

      Our best bet would be test case followed by method not involving congress. We have three

amendments in mind.

gain a full picture of a person by  how much money that they have, their

musical preferences, job, etc. All are important in formulating an opinion.

Back in the 1960s, 27 to 40 fresh episodes of a television series were made per year. The

number decreased as you moved from decade to decade. Today, a paltry 22 or 23 episodes

are made which explains why there are a lot of repeats during the year in addition to the

summer repeat season.

Back then, a 60-minutes show was 50 minutes plus commercials and promos (ads for other

shows on the same channel). Over time it has been reduced to today's 43 minutes. Have

you ever watched an old episode of one of your favorite series from the past and had a

feeling that a scene or two was missing? You're not crazy. The powers-that-be have been

known to squeeze in a 30- or 60-second commercial at your expense.

CBS created color television in 1954 but it didn't fly. RCA's version did in 1954

 Color shows are more expensive to make than black-and-white ones. Back in the

1950s, shows were owned by the sponsor or the sponsor and the studio (if the studio didn't

own a piece, it was paid for the use of its facilities were the series was made; if they owned

a piece, the executive producer worked for them) or the sponsor and the network or the

sponsor, network and studio. Fifty per cent were owned only by the sponsor.

A show took the summer off and was replaced by a summer replacement show which may

or may not return the following summer. On rare occasions, a summer show would graduate

to the regular season. Shows began going into summer repeats in 1954 and by 1960 virtually

all shows were doing so. Around 1960, people began to wonder: what will become of episodes

of old series? The concept of repeat syndication was born. Now, CBS, NBC and ABC wanted

to own a piece of all the shows that they aired. Further, they didn't like the creative control

that sponsors had over shows. And, it was becoming too expensive for sponsors to own all

or part of a series in which only their commercials aired. The networks bought out the

sponsor. What if the sponsor didn't want to sell? After the series ended, it would be replaced

by a series that was owned by the network and executive producer or the network, executive

 producer and studio. By 1970, the networks owned a piece of all the shows on their network.

The FCC decided that this was bad and that the networks could only own a piece of 15%

of their shows. It took until 1980 for them to completely comply.

Your thinking: You are A.D.D.-tripping. The more shows that were made in color, the more

color sets were sold; the more color sets that were sold, the more shows were made in color.

It was a commitment - a commitment of more money. RCA owned NBC but that didn't mean

that all shows were made in color in 1954. CBS didn't want specials or weekly series in color

because RCA would profit. ABC had no such qualms but was the third placed network. Only a

few specials, sitcoms and anthology series were in color prior to 1959; that year, Bonanza was

the first weekly drama.By 1966: NBC aired about 75% of specials in color and about 50% of

weekly series and ABC about 50% of specials and 15% of series and CBS none. By 1970,

everyone (CBS included) and everything was in color.

pollution (they beat their drums all day long)? Are they smelly (like the French; restaurants and

other small businesses are complaining that they are using their facilities and leaving feces all

over the place - and not purchasing anything -- are most out of work bums)? Are they kinky

(mothers parading topless in front of their toddlers)? They are interview on the tellie (British, you

know) and they are incoherent. They need a clear agenda. Perhaps, they speak illiterate cyber-

speak. The Liptons had permits, didn't try to take over a bridge and cleaned up after themselves.

Speaking of healthcare...It will cost an employer on average $5000 to insure employees not

presently covered - this is due to Obama-care. Or, they can opt to pay a $2,600 fine. Or, they

can opt to hire fewer workers. Once again, Obama creates jobs. Will this lead to socialized

medicine. Annually, there is $40 billion of waste/fraud in Medicaid/Medicare, fed gov should be

responsible for more, perhaps, all healthcare. Is this what they are protesting for? (There we go

again).

      The first and the last...Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon (in a

rare public appearance) and Gene Cernan, the last (it's hard to believe that they are

 both in their late 70s now) testified before the House Committee on Science and

Technology. Neil stated: "A lead, however earnestly and expensively won, once

lost, is nearly impossible to regain." He was talking about America's leadership

position in space. He described our current dependency on Russia to be "embarrassing."

There is a debate within NASA and Congress as to whether our next goal should

be: Returning to the Moon or Going to Mars. We concur with Neil: Moon (See,

"New Version: The Article" followed by three articles concerning moon and our

energy crisis). Remember: We have to choose as NASA's budget is being cut.

As we all know, series on PBS and CUNY are liberal-biased (usually, they are

subtle but occasionally blatant) and "A Biography of America" is no exception -

except for one peculiar episode entitled, "Growth and Empire: The Best Poor

a mere 250,000 in 1700 to a whopping 2,500,000 at the outset of the Revolutionary

War. In contrast: Spain had only 30,000 in New Mexico and Florida; France had

70,000 in New France (Canada). The 13 colonies became the 13 states in 1776.

By the outset of the Civil War (Do you know what year that was or are you

ignorant!?!): Over 90% of those living in the New England states were English and

about 50% in the other states - the rest being Scots, Northern Irish, German, black

and other.

     It's time to switch to black...Here is the truth that isn't being taught to your

children (do you remember our recent article in which we revealed the truth concerning

     Spain had conquered Mexico, much of Central and South America, as well as,

most of the Caribbean Islands. How many slaves were brought to the New World?

11 million. How many were imported to what became the United States in 1776?

 and more powerful tribes in western Africa captured members of smaller tribes in western

 where they traded their own for goods.

    Once here, household slaves were treated better than field slaves. Slave revolts

were more common in Spanish occupied territory. However, there was a noteworthy

revolt in an area of South Carolina (the Stoney Rebellion; largest in the south)

where the owners of the rice patties kept there distance from the malaria infested areas

and from the slaves. Different here than other parts of the south where overseers

were white and tobacco grown.. The foreman or DRIVERS were themselves SLAVES.

The work in the mosquito- and snake-infested patties

 was done at a KILLING PACE. When the tasks were done, they returned to living quarters

 (individual cabins) which included families. They could hunt, fish and grow. They

developed their own culture. The largest slave rebellion transpired there: broke into

store, seized guns and went on a rampage - killing over two dozen white trash and

plundering fields. Black wasn't beautiful that day in 1759.

     It is reminiscent of today: Blacks are 13% of the population and, yet, they are

responsible for over 50 % of: murders, rapes, armed robberies, robberies, assaults.

What makes the race look even worse is that over 60% of these crimes are

committed against their own: black on black crime!

     It puts a whole new complexion on the issue.

End the minimum wage...A higher minimum wage obviously helps those whose wages

hired because businesses cut back on the numbers of workers they employ at the new

higher minimum wage.

     It hurts blacks most of all. We saw a black professor on television state that back in

the 1940's, more black youths had jobs than white ones.

     Without a minimum wage, an employer might hire three younger people 16 to 21,

unskilled. With a minimum wage, he might hire one or two and since he has to pay

more, he will insist that they are semi-skilled and have some experience. Eliminated:

On the rare occasions that it is taught in elementary school, high school and

college it is taught in a negative vein. Do you remember: "Black Power" ? We say:

       American History which was made predominately by white males (85% should be

about them) should be

taught and World History should be 85% concerned with WT in elementary and high

schools. Presently, 65% of American History textbooks are negative about America.

American and World History (and Culture) textbooks should be 75% to 85%

positive and truthful and 15 to 25% negative and truthful. American History is

largely positive.

       More than a year of bi-lingual education in elementary and high schools hurts

Hispanics in high school, the work place and college, studies show. Libs don't care; they

just want to feel good about themselves at the expense of others (like zapping pride

from poor, elderly, disabled: they force social services on those who don't need or

deserve it; they force recipients to take things that they don't need. Not in the Western

Tradition!).

       Learn your native tongue and culture at home, in institutions and organizations

devoted to particular cultures and to a small degree in college. Don't hold back

young minds. Primarily: Melting Pot; Secondarily: Your individual culture. Too many

states are taking a multi-cultural approach and too many states are requiring too much

bi-lingual; this constitutes bad policy. Let's not forget failed sex ed. Western Europe,

especially, U.K. and France are rethinking multi-cultural for the damage it has wrought.

      America is great because of its melting pot nature and secondarily because of

positive elements that other cultures have added to it. The core must reign supreme!

       Dear Alexa and Caty,

       Did you enjoy your first hurricane on Sunday? I'm sure that you were allowed to

go outside. When I was your age (9 and 13) my parents let me go outside for my

first hurricane (how did I experience my first hurricane at two different ages? I

bet you that Topper knows the answer).

       I was blown away and landed in a place called "Oz." I was with my dog

Mohammad; we met a scarecrow, a tin man, a lion and My Chosen People: the Jews.

Everyone in Oz was nice except the Wicked Witch of the Middle East and the

Chinese munchkins. We had to pay a BIG toll on their YELLOW brick road because

we owed them a lot of money. We sang "We're off to see the Wizard, the Wonderful

Wizard of Oz."

       We had a great time but got home sick. We asked the Wizard, "How can we

get back to our house?" He gave me pink shoes. I said, "I'm not one of those

sissies!" He gave me black shows with taps. I said, "Give me black shoes and hold

the taps." He told me to click the side of the heels together and close my eyes;

I listened to the Wizard - the Wonderful Wizard of Oz. I opened my eyes and said,

"Who are you and where am I?" She said, "I'm Aunty 'M' and you're in Oklahoma."

I said, "I want to be with my parents and sisters and why would anyone want to be

in Oklahoma!?! The Wizard called me on my cell phone and said, "Pardon me; I

      I did. I returned home and watched an astronomy DVD and listened to a Miles

The Rise and Fall (since 1965 in U.S.) of Western Civilization:

We have all witnessed what multi-cultural-ism has done to Western Europe,

especially, U.K. and France. These nations are taking actions to undo the

damage wrought by those misguided policies. It might be too late.

       We might suffer same fate unless we institute a new immigration

policy to undo the damage done by the "Immigration Act of 1965." The large

influx of Latin Americans and Asians (including, the Middle East which is

made up of of north eastern Africa and south western Asia). It is worth noting:

Federal social services began in the 1930s (FDR) and were greatly expanded

in the '60s (LBJ). It's about the preservation of Western Culture (U.S. & Europe:

Ancient Greek/Roman, Christianity/Renaissance/Enlightenment modes of

thinking; history/culture frowned upon by liberal intelligentsia - does such a thing

 really exist!?!) vs. the destructive forces of multi-cultural-ism. Percentage of

white-trash (now, 57%) is rapidly declining (with about 35% of the 57% of West

European descent). We should allow immigration from Western Europe (70 %),

Northern Europe (10%), Eastern Europe (5%; Jews only, our chosen people {they

know how to make $$$s}), Southern Europe (10%) and China/Japan (5%). Period!

 Undoing damage.We are talking about nothing less than saving America. Forget

about: bring us your poor and sickly and downtrodden. In order to immigrate, you

should be healthy and have a college education - 33.3%, healthy and a

high school education or a skill - 33.3%, and healthy semi-skilled or

unskilled - 33.3%. Bigotry or self-preservation. Hispanics and Muslims

aren't interested in Western Civilization; the latter being willing to

acclimate the least. 'People of the dome' move into a neighborhood or town

and are oblivious to long-time real American residents as to the location

and size of dome. New immigrants are suppose to adapt to America in

general and community in particular (melting pot) and not other way around

(a form of dangerous multi-cultural-ism). Sporting: the hunt for muslims

when in season - Ramadan.

      Humans have the largest brains compared to the size of their bodies:

humans are the most intelligent species on earth. What about intra-species?

Person A has a larger brain than person B: there is a 70% chance that they

are about equal in intelligence; a 20% chance that A is smarter than B; a

10% chance that B is smarter than A. On average, yellows have slightly

larger brains are are slightly more intelligent than whites while whites have

it over blacks/browns. On average, that is, there are blacks who are smarter than

whites and whites smarter than yellows. Thus, our desire to import Asians -

Chinese and Japanese - zero from Middle East and other parts of Asia:

Muslims, Buddhists and Hindus - they aren't Western. Bigotry or saving that

which never should have fallen out of favor beginning in '50s: Western Culture.

Today, it is rarely spoken about and when it is by intellectuals it's disparaged.

Next installment will prove not bigoted.

      Time is not our friend: by or before 2025, whites will no longer be the

majority - there won't be a majority - whites will be the largest minority; by

2100 or sooner, Hispanics will be the largest minority. Eventually, they will

be the majority and Western Culture a distant memory.

      Most blacks are good citizens. Most young outgrow "Hip-Hop Culture"

between 18-30 when they enter adult world or only retain it when with

contemporaries and to a lesser degree. Blacks have a right to be upset: as of

2000, Hispanics replaced them as largest minority and with it came enhanced

political clout. Illegals (estimates): Asian, European - 3 million; Hispanic -

9 million; 6 of 9 Mexican. If legalized and, eventually, bring over there

elderly parents and underage children, we are talking about 35 to 40 million

Hispanics. We can't afford the illegals on social services and receiving free

healthcare illegally courtesy of lib govs and mayors. How will we afford a

majority of the up to 40 million.

      A recent study shows that 65% of American history textbooks are negative

about America: liberal revisionist history; 75% should be positive and true.

We are confident the world history textbooks are negative about Europe. This

should be rectified as well. American history/culture textbooks should be about

whites (85%) for they created American history. World History/culture: 85% Europe -

Western Europe: 35% (England, 20%); Southern Europe: 30% (with 15%

dedicated to Ancient Greece and Rome); Northern Europe: 10%; Eastern, 10%.

 Make saving "American Identity" a priority. Conservatives agree; Mods whispered.

      Libs not only changed the composition of America with their social

experimentation (1965) but are responsible for the breakdown of the traditional

family, the decline in morality and the marginalizing of religion.

As is our wont, we begin with the cosmos (which means world) and, then, we

proceed to the world (and Offending with Truth!).

       Going beyond earth orbit to the moon and further into the cosmos with

humans. It appears that what NASA will announce officially in September is

already being severely critiqued. While we are most pleased and, hereby take

bows along with those of our cyber-readers/friends who have taken action over

the past year. We have been recommending that you phone and/or leave a

message at the websites of your members of congress, as well as, key

members (listed in "Action Chain Letters" 3, 4, 5, 9) regarding various NASA

and non-NASA issues. At this juncture, it would appear as though we won

virtually all as regards NASA and Obama failed to score. (although, he is

succeeding regarding propping up Russia and restoring it to super-power

status: NASA, once preeminent in space is grounded and dependent on

Russia to be able to visit space station for which we footed most of the bill

and, further, unilateral concessions made in last year's arms agreement (See,

"A Bad Case of Treason" and "Action Chain Letter 6").

      The Multi-Purpose Vehicle and the super heavy-lifter will be predicated

on the proven Apollo/Saturn 5 and Space Shuttle technologies but upgraded

and the partially cutting-edge technology of the defunct "Constellation"

program's R & D. Obama wanted to start from scratch wasting the $9.5

billion investment in Constellation and not having Americans return to the

moon. We explained in "Action Chain Letter 9" how returning to the moon

could provide a cost-effective way of dealing with energy crisis. (Patience is a

virtue; Offending with Truth shall come).

      It appears that NASA will request $38 billion over 10 years (about 24%

of its total budget which is only 1/2 of 1% of total federal budget) which will

produce a MPV/super heavy-lifter with an unmanned orbital test flight of the moon

in 2017 and a manned loop around the moon test flight in 2021. It will eventually

take us to the lunar surface (for exploration and mining {silicon and He-3}

beginning in 2023 in our judgement), landing on Mars (between 2030-35)

 and an asteroid (around 2040).

 We choose to define Western Civilization as consisting of Europe, especially,

Western Europe plus the United States and contend that it is the product of

classical Greece and Rome, Western Christianity and the Enlightenment of

the modern era. Something prized by the vast majority of those who were a

part of it. Sadly, beginning in the 1950s, and progressively more and more

since then, it is something spoken of less and less, and no longer promoted.

When Western intellectuals do speak of it, it is the object of derision and

contempt. It demands that we rethink our immigration policies.

      Protecting "American Identity" which is closely related to Western

 Culture: During the 1891-1921 period, far more people immigrated from Eastern

Europe (especially Jews) and Southern Europe than did from Western and

Northern Europe.

      Immigration Policy: The Immigration Acts of 1917, 21, 24 were designed

to severely limit immigration from E and S Europe and to completely close it

from Asia (we were particularly concerned about the Chinese and Japanese).

It was believed that people from these parts of the world were sickly and

starving and least likely capable of contributing to economic growth. Further,

experts contended that they were the most likely to have difficulty adapting

to American-variety of Western Culture.

      There were those who took it to an extreme, such as, Margaret Sanger,

founder of Planned Parenthood (and one of Hillary Clinton's idols) and John

Maynard Keynes, economist (upon whose economic theories FDR's and

Obama's failed economic policies were based). They liked eugenics! They

 played

a key role in over 30 states adopting eugenics laws between 1890-1930:

called for the sterilization of the mentally and/or physically impaired and the

sterilization of poor immigrant women, blacks, homos, promiscuous women

found guilty of committing crimes, even the most minor of crimes. Granted

enforcement of these laws occurred rarely but they did occur to the tune of

at least 75,000 sterilizations! Hitler got his ideas from American advocates

of eugenics and took them to a much greater level as regards Jews, Gypsies

and homos.

     The immigration Act of '24 - good; eugenics bad.

     The Immigration Acts of '52 and, especially, '65, were designed to rectify

what liberals deemed un-American immigration policy - say what! It shifted

 primary immigration from Europe to Mexico, Central and South America,

the Caribbean Islands and Asia. We take it that this is truly American! Isn't it

anti-Western Civilization!?!

     The browning of America: by 2025, whites will no longer be the majority

but the largest minority; by 2100 or sooner, Hispanics will be the largest.

Presently, browns are doing No.2 (second largest group in U.S. or largest

minority).

     It should be noted that by far blacks are aborted disproportionately more than

 any other race. Margaret Sanger wanted abortion to be legal; she didn't see it in

her lifetime. Progressives became liberals circa 1950. In a recent article, we

talked about how unions were anti-black prior to the 1960s. It makes you

wonder why over 90% of blacks vote democrat! Republicans: Lincoln freed the

slaves; Nixon did more to help blacks start small businesses than any other

president before or since; Reagan's economic policies resulted in there

being more rich and middle class blacks (we don't care that the Rev. Jackson

ordered Americans to employ the term African-American in 1988!) than

working poor and non-working poor blacks by 1990 for the first time in

history! Lib social policies have led to rampant single-parent black house-

holds and dependency on the kindness of Uncle Sam's here-comes-the-

dole/there-goes-the-pride social programs. Let's not forget the establishment

of the minimum wage and subsequent increases to it which has hurt blacks,

especially, black youths, especially, the unskilled and semi-skilled.

     What should be the immigration policy of the United States? Here comes

Offending with Truth.
